El Flamingo

This pink cocktail does not only remind us of the flamingo because of its color. Also the looks of the martini glass, with the high leg, is just as tall as a flamingo. We make this cocktail with the latin american fruit guava, rum and lime juice. Serve it as two synchronized swimmers 🙂 .

What do you need for a El Flamingo?

Rum (1 part)
Guava sap (3 parts)
Lime (juice of quarter lemon)

1 part = 30 ml

How do you make a El Flamingo?

We are making this cocktail with a shaker. Fill up a shaker with ice cubes, pour in the rum, guava juice and the fresh lime juice. Give it a good shake for about 5 to 8 seconds. Now you can pur it out in a chilled martini glass. Add a lime for garnish and your cocktail is ready to serve.
